Communities of Practice especially in the research, monitoring, evaluation and learning (RMEL) space are important as they play an influential role in developing, steering and accelerating the careers of RMEL professionals. Testimonials from our speakers Gladness Kampa and Esther Odi Tieku (who are MEL professionals and members of the Women in RMEL community) attested to this fact. Participants were encouraged to consider Communities of Practice within RMEL as launchpads to their careers.
