Sobre o evento

Traditional M&E often fails to capture the non-linear, “uneven” personal shifts in power and confidence within gender-transformative leadership programs in the Global South. Focusing on learnings from ICRW's Chingaari program for healthcare professionals in India, this panel will explore: strategies to reimagine M&E frameworks and indicators to capture non-linear outcomes, methods and tools to capture the movement from individual transformation to organizational change and systemic impact, ways to deepen feminist M&E practices, and where AI fits in all of this - does it create new black boxes in M&E that ignore intersectionality and other significant gender nuances.
