À propos de l'événement

As artificial intelligence reshapes how evidence is generated, analyzed, and consumed, the evaluation field faces a dual challenge: expanding capabilities while safeguarding trust. This session builds on the Global Evaluation Agenda (GEA) 2.0 as a comprehensive framework for future-fit evaluation systems, and explores how its four dimensions—enabling environment, institutional capacities, individual capabilities, and catalytic synergies—can guide responsible AI integration.

Moving beyond conceptual alignment, the discussion will focus on operational pathways: What capacities are needed at individual, organizational, and ecosystem levels to use AI ethically? How can evaluation systems maintain credibility in an era of AI-generated evidence? Drawing on experiences from South Asia and beyond, the session will identify actionable strategies for VOPEs, governments, and evaluation leaders to embed AI responsibly while strengthening evaluation’s role as a trusted public good.
