About the Event
The Global SDG Synthesis Coalition proposes this event as an interactive presentation and discussion about the importance of evaluation synthesis and mapping to achieve Agenda 2030. More specifically, the event will focus on lessons learned from the synthesis methodology and evidence maps on what works and how to facilitate the Partnership Pillar of SDGs, the first product of the Coalition. The event will create an opportunity for a deliberative discussion with different stakeholders on:
- How synthesis and evidence maps can be utilized to make evidence on how to accelerate progress towards the SDGs more accessible
- How the Coalition can enhance uptake and use of rigorous evaluations and evidence syntheses to accelerate progress towards the SDGs
- How synthesis and evidence maps can be utilized to make evidence on how to accelerate progress towards the SDGs more accessible

| Will Moy | Chief Executive Officer, Campbell Collaboration | Will Moy is the Chief Executive Officer of the Campbell Collaboration, a key strategic partner of the Coalition. The Campbell Collaboration promotes positive social and economic change through the production and use of systematic reviews and other evidence synthesis for evidence-based policy and practice. He was previously the CEO of the UK-based charity Full Fact. Before Full Fact, Will worked in the House of Lords for a non-party affiliated peer and for the Parliamentary Advisory Council on Transport Safety. |
