From Evidence to Action: Strengthening Dissemination and Uptake of IEG Evaluative Evidence at the World Bank Group
Webinar | Online

Organized by:
Independent Evaluation Group (IEG), World Bank Group
About the Event
IEG's evaluative evidence creates value when it reaches the people who can act on it. This session explores how IEG's Knowledge and Communications team engages operations staff through various channels including What Have We Learned 30-Minute talks, social media and improving research and analysis. AI plays a supporting role in each —accelerating preparation, assisting retrieval, and handling first-pass tasks — while knowledge management expertise and design as well as relationship-building remain with the team. The session offers an account of where AI support is most helpful and where its limits are.
