The ZOA Strategic Plan describes Peace Nexus, Climate Resilience, and Localisation as strategic priorities, with Gender, Diversity and Inclusion (GDI) as cross-cutting theme. Big topics that are not easy to concretely measure with traditional indicators. ZOA’s MEAL team designed a new way of tracking progress through customised adoption ladders focusing both on change processes and impact. In this session we would like to show you how this works for us and how you could use a similar set-up to evaluate progress towards your organisation or project’s goals.
