The Biases We Bring: AI, Human Judgment, and Ethical Evaluation Practice

Interactive Practice Lab

About the Event

AI is not neutral. Neither is evaluation. Both can reproduce bias, distance decision-makers from the people most affected, and treat care as optional. In this interactive practice lab from JRNY Consulting, participants will test real scenarios, surface tensions, and build a practical tool for using AI critically. The aim is to strengthen human judgment and evaluation practice, while using AI more responsibly to support more ethical, accountable, and inclusive evaluations.
