About the Event
The British Council has developed an in-house, award winning evaluation AI chatbot. This chatbot reads and summarises around 400 evaluation reports in one minute. It extracts the key findings, statistics and quotes. However, development of the chatbot presented many practical challenges. In this event we share the lessons we have learned along the way.
