PRAXIS 360°: An Integrated, Open-Source AI Workflow for End-to-End Evaluation Design

Demonstration | Online

About the Event

This session demonstrates PRAXIS 360°, an integrated open-source AI workflow connecting the full evaluation design cycle. Participants observe a live pipeline using a real evaluation case study: TOR upload → Theory of Change → evaluation matrix → design recommendation → sample size → data collection instruments with context preserved at every step. At two points, the presenter overrides the AI and explains why contextual knowledge led to a different decision. Participants try every tool on their own devices via QR code. All tools are free, require no accounts, and work offline.
