InDrive's Impact Strategy: Evaluating for Social Value

Webinar | Online

About the Event

This session, presented by InDrive, will deliver a concise overview of our approach to rigorous social impact evaluation. We understand that in today’s landscape, demonstrating tangible social value is not just good practice, it’s essential. Across four focused presentations, we will outline InDrive's commitment to evidence-based social responsibility. We will begin by presenting the InDrive Impact Framework, our strategic blueprint that guides social responsibility investments and ensures alignment with core business objectives. Following this, we will offer a critical examination of media impact through a case study on a bride kidnapping film in Kyrgyzstan, evaluating the film's social resonance and its effectiveness in raising awareness – a pertinent example of media's role in driving social change. We will then shift to community project design and evaluation, presenting our model for effective community engagement and measurable outcomes through a project focused on rural children's football, showcasing the practical application of Theory of Change and robust service design. Finally, we will address accountability and return on investment by demonstrating our methodology for calculating the Social Return on Investment for corporate social programs in children's sports and education, highlighting how we quantify social value and maximize the impact of every dollar invested.
