About the Event
This session is basically meant to share the Monitoring and Evaluation tools Friends of the Nation leverage for projects/programmes execution. The Result-Based Management approach is going to be succinctly discussed for the benefit of participants. Modern-day monitoring and evaluation are now heavily reliant on a data-driven approach. Friends of the Nation will also share more light on how these approaches serve as an engine (agile) meeting the requirements of donors and other interested stakeholders.

He had a BA Degree in Economics and Entrepreneurial Development from the University for Development Studies (UDS-Wa) with over 10 years of working experience. |
Resumo
For every project or program implemented, there is always an increasing demand for results and at FoN we implement the activities using a data-driven approach to M&E. We, therefore, integrate Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning in every stage of project development. It also refines our organizational performance. Therefore, ME&L is not in isolation but an integral part of a system at Friend of the Nation.
There are a couple of actions that we are working on to perfect the Friends of the Nation Evaluation Process.
a. We are on course to come out with a 5 to 10-year plan to build a robust ME&L system for easy adaptability and realism.
b. Periodically organize a capacity building for Non-government organizaiton network group and staff of friends of the nation.
