Co- Design, Co- Evaluate

The session will focus on the experiences from the ground while conducting evaluations. Project teams who have been part of previous evaluations (participatory or not) will share insights on what worked, what did not, and lessons learned. The session will also delve into the nuances of who is evaluating, who is being evaluated, who owns the data, how is the data stored and retrieved by the participating entities, who uses the data, what norms guide the participation, who remains out of the evaluation process, what methods/approaches would enable better inclusion and equity amongst those involved in the evaluation directly or indirectly, etc.
