Aligned with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), the session highlights how youth apply AI to analyse data, surface insights, and reflect on impact in dynamic contexts, strengthening evidence-based and socially responsive decision-making

Ashwathi Muraleedharan Senior Manager: Program Design & Development Ashwathi leads the program design of AI-integrated life & employability skills for underserved youth. She blends research, pedagogy & andragogy, along with practical training, to improve the career readiness of young people, with a strong focus on accessibility and responsible use of AI.
Madhavi Dasari Young Person Madhavi is the end user of our AI-Life & Employability Skills Connect with Work (CWW) program in Hyderabad. As part of the training, Madhavi designed a prototype of an emergency alert system using no-code AI tools. This use case was rooted in their own lived experiences.
Harsh Young Person Harsh is the end user of our AI-CWW program in Mumbai. As part of the training, Harsh designed a prototype of an agritech application using no-code AI tools. Coming from a farming household, their tool helps farmers make smart crop choices using AI-based soil analysis.

Philip Mathew K M Sr. Director - Livelihood Philip Mathew is a seasoned development professional with over 28 years of experience in designing and managing strategic programs and policy interventions across livelihoods, entrepreneurship, social inclusion, local governance, and poverty reduction. He has worked extensively with government institutions, United Nations agencies, and leading non-governmental organizations. His expertise includes capacity building, curriculum development, and strengthening ecosystem support mechanisms for large-scale development initiatives. He has contributed to flagship programs such as Kudumbashree (Government of Kerala) and the National Rural Livelihood Mission (Government of India), and has collaborated with organizations including SEWA and UNDP. Philip holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Madras, an LLB, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from IIM Shillong.
Leena Rao Associate Director: Program Design & Development Leena Rao is an experienced education and programme development professional currently serving as Associate Director – Programme Design & Development at Magic Bus India Foundation. With a career spanning more than two decades in the social and skilling sectors, she has built a strong reputation for designing impactful learning programmes, particularly for youth from underserved communities across India.
