This webinar aims to present key findings from UNICEF’s formative evaluation on green skills development in South Asia, highlighting regional perspectives and case studies from Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The session will foster discussions on the role of green skills in youth employment and climate resilience while identifying pathways for strengthening policies and programs in the region.

With a PhD focused on adaptation in Nepal and the Maldives, she has led evaluations for UNICEF, UNDP, and Swedish Red Cross. |
| Dr. Nawshad Ahmed | Lead Evaluator for the Bangladesh Case Study | He obtained his PhD in Economics in 1995 and worked from 2000-2018 in UNICEF Bangladesh, Nigeria and Sudan as Chief of Programme Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Social Protection; and since 2018, has as a consultant. Prior to that, he worked in The Asia Foundation and Government of Bangladesh. |

| Sirjan Adhikari | APSE Interim Program Lead, UNICEF ROSA | Sirjan is a youth engagement professional based at UNICEF ROSA in Kathmandu. He has worked with child rights organisations, enabling meaningful spaces and partnerships with young changemakers. |
| Sonam Wangchuk | Youth & Adolescent development specialist, UNICEF Bhutan | Sonam led impactful adolescent programmes in Bhutan, introducing the first UPSHIFT initiative reaching 194 schools and 19,000 youth. As UNICEF’s Youth Specialist, his strategic vision and results-driven approach earned regional and global recognition and strengthened youth programming nationwide. |
| Raees Ur Rehman | Youth Advocate | Raees Ur Rehman, a youth advocate and food innovator from Pakistan, founded Royella Foods to turn date seed waste into health-conscious products. Daniel's educational background includes a Master's in Public Administration from the French school ENA, as well as a Master's from the College of Europe in Brugges. |
