Résumé
Student assessment is an integral part of teaching and learning process as it helps teachers to determine the competencies of the students and then use targeted instruction in classrooms i.e modify the instruction to align with student learning levels. Teachers empowered to use effective pedagogical teaching methods can engage and inspire students in classrooms thereby leading to improved learning outcomes
This is a continuous learning process for us as well. So we are exploring new partnerships and deepening existing partnerships to enrich our journey that has high potential. We believe in making the process more participatory, so moving forward we are exploring to leverage technology and digitize our teaching learning resources and also aspire to establish linkages between learning gains and economic impact. In collaboration with the Principal Investigators (JPAL) and Department of Education Odisha we will host a webinar to share the findings from the Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) evaluation of the Transform Learning programme in Odisha
