Paula Magariños Speaker Consultant, researcher, and evaluator specializing in sustainability, inclusion, and innovation, with extensive experience in strategic sectors such as energy, agriculture, food systems, natural resources, culture, and consumer goods across Latin America and the Caribbean. Expert in designing creative experimentation processes, developing research methodologies, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), applying behavioral sciences, and strategic planning and programming, with a strong track record of integrating diverse techniques with a gender and rights-based perspective to generate innovative and transformative solutions in complex contexts
Sudarsana Kundu Speaker Sudarsana has over two decades of experience in gender equality, feminist leadership, and institutional change. Her expertise lies in developing and evaluating feminist leadership models that challenge traditional power structures, emphasizing participatory and qualitative approaches to understand the lived experiences of women leaders. As the former executive director of Gender at Work Global, she has designed and led numerous global research and evaluation projects on gender justice and inclusive leadership. Sudarsana has led numerous high-impact projects, and provided strategic direction, technical assistance, and financial management for global governance portfolios, further enhancing her expertise in large-scale program monitoring and evaluation. With advanced degrees in Public Administration from Columbia University and Business Administration from XLRI School of Management, Sudarsana has developed a strong career in both international and grassroots settings.

Aileen Allen Presenter Aileen Allen is a gender specialist with 20+ years of experience in international development. Most recently, she worked with UN Women’s Independent Evaluation Service and ELA - Equipo Latinoamericano de Justicia y Género, a feminist NGO. Aileen has consulted extensively for NGOs and intergovernmental organizations. Previously, she led the UNIFEM (now UN Women) office in Argentina and worked nine years as Programme Specialist for the LAC and Economic Sections at HQ in New York. Aileen has extensive experience in project management, RBM, strategic planning, MEL systems, and thematic and programmatic assessments and evaluations. She has coordinated and provided substantive guidance to projects and research initiatives on women’s rights and gender equality. Aileen holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
