What happens when AI meets the evaluation of arts-based programs?
Evaluating arts programs is particularly challenging in low-resource geographies, where learning is process-driven rather than outcome-based. As a result, evaluation often defaults to surface-level monitoring, with data that lacks depth and context.
In this webinar, we share learnings from an early-stage pilot that uses a WhatsApp chatbot and AI-supported tools to strengthen data collection and validation. We will explore what we are testing, early insights, and the trade-offs we are navigating between rigor, contextual relevance, and trust.
