FSC envisions a world of thriving people and thriving places where community leaders and local collectives lead sustained, multidimensional impact, supported by partnerships that elevate their visions, values, and potential.
Our panel discussion will engage with leaders from Tostan, Legado and One Village partner and explore how they intend to reshape the development landscape as they embark on a 5-year evidence and learning journey with IDinsight and IDS.

| Dr. Tita Alvira | Senior Liaison Officer - Legado | Tita is an interdisciplinary ecologist with 20 years of experience in biocultural approaches to conservation & well-being across South America's Andes-Amazon region. At Legado, she builds networks, maintains partnerships, and convenes multiactor spaces for dialogue around ecological sustainability. |
| Gannon Gillespie | Senior Advisor | Gannon has over 20 years of experience working with social change organizations in Africa and around the world. He is currently Senior Advisor to leading community-focused organizations and is Co-Chair of the Shifting the Funding Paradigm Working Group within Catalyst Now. |
| Francesca Moneti | Senior Advisor, Strategy and Programs - Tostan | Francesca builds strategies for scaling transformative social change and develop partnerships that empower women, girls, and entire networks of communities, strengthening their capability to better pursue their own well-being, establish new positive social norms , and improve good governance. |
| Christina Bowles | Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor- One Village Partners | Christina partners with organizations to advance evidence-informed, equitable, and sustainable development through participatory evaluation and adaptive learning. She is supporting One Village Partners to enhance collective wellbeing across Sierra Leone by investing in people and communities. |
