Learning Outcomes

The participant will understand feminist approaches, gain skills in feminist participatory approaches and budgeting, crafting metrics that reflect intersectional perspectives, learning strategies to negotiate with resistant institutions and advocate for community-led M & E and co-create protocols for dissemination of evaluation findings to the community in culturally accessible formats.

Gurmeet Kaur Dr. A post-doctoral fellow at Panjab University, her research foregrounds feminist and participatory methodologies, with a strong commitment to decolonial approaches in the study and evaluation of gender justice, climate change, and development. She has led interdisciplinary evaluations engaging with marginalised communities, centring knowledge co-production and intersectional inquiry. Her scholarly contributions have appeared in leading academic platforms including Sage, Taylor & Francis, Bloomsbury Academic, and the London School of Economics, where she consistently advocates for inclusive, community-driven practices within research and policy frameworks.

His career spans a diverse range of institutions, including leading think tanks, international non-governmental organizations, philanthropic foundations, research consultancies, and reputed academic institutions. He has contributed substantively to projects in the thematic areas of education, health, and migration, with a particular focus on strengthening public systems of justice and accountability. His work reflects a strong commitment to evidence-based policy and inclusive development.
