This event is to support the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Commission of Tigray regional state in Ethiopia to set up the regional monitoring guideline and train the experts on how to use the guideline to monitor and evaluate recovery plans of the core sectors in the region focusing on Agriculture, Education, Health and Job Creation Bureaus.

Tewelde Adhanom Director Tewelde is the director of Agora, a research consultancy in Ethiopia. Tewelde has over 10 years of experience in the field of M&E and research and is a board with Ethiopian Evaluation Association. Tewelde is experienced in designing, coordinating and leading complex monitoring projects in Ethiopia.
Zerihun Birhanu Senior Consultant Zerihun Berhane has a PhD in local development and global dynamics. Zerihun has worked in various positions with organizations providing research, training, and capacity building services and undertaking qualitative and quantitative analyses and impact evaluation of programs.
