Sobre el evento
The Quadrant of AI Fundamentals™ is a practical framework developed by Naz Consulting International to help individuals, organisations, and institutions understand AI more responsibly and more completely. It brings together four essential pillars - AI Ethics, AI Literacy, AI Governance, and AI Policy - because meaningful AI adoption cannot happen through technology alone. The framework is designed to support better decision-making, stronger public understanding, and more accountable AI systems in business, government, education, and society.
Working within the central question of the GLocal evaluation week, " How should the evaluation profession respond to AI —embracing its potential while safeguarding trust?", we will respond specifically to two sub-themes, "The Changing Landscape and Ethics, Standards, and Human Judgment".
The session will introduce the Quadrant of AI Fundamentals and unpack its components through practical examples. It will present a clear, holistic view of AI as both a foundational technology and an applied tool, with direct relevance to the design and implementation of Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
This framework supports better decision-making, strengthens public understanding, and promotes more accountable AI systems across sectors. The session will position the Quadrant of AI Fundamentals as a complementary lens, contributing to the ongoing discussion on GEI’s working draft of the Three-Lens Framework for M&E and evaluation professionals and institutions.
