About the Event

This session focuses on building the skills of students on using AI in evaluations at every stage. This will be helpful for students participating in evalcase competitions to quickly turn their ideas into evaluation study proposals. This also includes use of no-code low-code AI development.

Arshee Rizvi Lead AI & ML, Development Intelligence Unit and Co-Leader of EvalYouth India She is also Board Member at ECOI, and Director at APEA & IOCE. She has received advanced training in evaluation at IPDET. Her work focuses on human-first, inclusive evaluation systems that combine participatory approaches with responsible AI to strengthen evidence use, equity, and ethical decision-making.

Lokesh Kommina Youth Champion, EvalYouth India Lokesh Kommina is a development professional with over 7 years of experience in education, public health, and community development across Andhra Pradesh. He has worked extensively with government systems, leading large-scale programs that strengthen service delivery and advance key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He brings strong expertise in program implementation, capacity building, and data-driven monitoring & evaluation, along with experience in building partnerships with government departments, NGOs, and community institutions. Currently, he is contributing to AI literacy and future-ready education initiatives in government schools, promoting digital inclusion and workforce readiness.
